MATERIAL FEATURES

The bulk salt and salt powder bulk density always between 1.1 to 1.3 tons per cubic meters, the corrosion to metal is very strong, it could be industrial raw material, also could be food grade for people.

SCREENING APPLICATION

For different production line and technology, there are different request on screener, but normal will be with two stage screener, Primary screener and Secondary screener, for primary screener, it alway move out the oversize lump salt before crusher or after crusher, then the material will go to the mill equipment then to secondary screener, the MHG side doors access screener is one good choice for the secondary screener, in the stage, the material size always less than 1mm

The MHG side doors access gyratory screener with the SUS316 or SUS316L structure could suitable for the salt feature, and the self-cleaning ball could reduce the mesh blockage problem.

MHG series gyratory screens  is similar with M serial gyratory screen such as the screening principle, screening efficiency and application, just except the screen deck structure.

In some customer application technical process, the customer need always renew the screens mesh, if  the renew time for screening mesh is too long, or it is very difficult for replacing the screen mesh,  it will take too much time for stopping the equipment work if replacing mesh for several times, so it will affect the production output at last, the MHG series gyratory screens is for solving above problem, and the MHG gyratory screen has many feature for mesh changing.
