Causes of screen hole blockage of vibrating screen

When screening, according to the properties of material particles, various forms of screen blockage will occur, and the conditions for screen hole blockage are as follows:
Contains a large number of particles close to the separation point;
Materials with moisture or hygroscopicity on the surface;
Spherical particles or materials with multiple contact points to sieve holes;
The material particle density is small;
Static electricity will occur;
Materials with good filling property;
Where the material has the shape of fibrous particles and other embolic particles.
Because most of the material particles to be screened are irregular, there are various reasons for the blockage. In order to effectively prevent the blockage of the screen, measures should be taken according to the blockage conditions of the screen holes, such as vibrating screen, vibrating screen with hitting ball and anti-blocking rubber screen surface.
When the particle size of the material is fine, the argillaceous content is high, and the screening particle size is small, the moisture plays a decisive role in the blockage of the screen. When the moisture content increases to a certain extent, wedge-shaped moisture will appear, which can form cohesion between particles or between particles and screen. The smaller the particle size, the greater the influence of the contact point between particles and the cohesion between particles in unit volume, so as to form particle agglomeration and block screen holes.
When the water content in the material is high (more than 5%), if the material is dried unconditionally, the screen holes on the screen surface should be selected. If the rubber screen surface is selected, the screen holes should be round holes, and the ball-hitting or vibrating screen machine should be used. When the water content is 8%, wet screening should be considered (when conditions permit).
